We are proud to have developed a relationship with South West's leading butcher Ruby & White. Their grass-fed beef is sourced from a small number of West County Farms specialising in the rearing of rare cattle breeds - our preferred being the two from which their name is derived - the Ruby Red Devon and British White.
Make sure you try one of our 100% Ruby & White steaks or burgers - they are all absolutely delicious!
